This comes following last year’s petition, which acquired over 365,000 signatures from supporters of legalization. Should MMLI pass, people aged at least 21 will be able to carry up to 2.5 ounces and keep up to 10 ounces at home. They will also be able to grow up to 12 marijuana plants at home.
